I may have developed a garden chair addiction! I purchased this pair of metal garden chairs last fall even though they didn’t have actual seats! Let me share how I solved this problem!
Even though they were missing their padded seats, I just couldn’t resist them! They were the perfect color of green! And the patina! I was smitten! I shared my love of the color celadon in this post. I simply had to add them to my collection!
Dave, of course, was not convinced I needed anymore garden chairs. He was quick to point out I already had these:

Hmmm, maybe Dave did have a point….!
The Solution
As an initial quick fix, I add a pair of chair pads that I had brought from Illinois. The pads added a bit of cushion so that I could sit in them while enjoying some time on the lanai last fall.

Truthfully, those pads weren’t super comfortable so I started searching for other ways to fix the seats. While I was looking for new legs for the table pictured below, I realized I could probably find new seats at a restaurant supply store!
I checked online at one of the places I used to buy from when I had my pizza parlor. They had exactly what I needed!
I was able to just set the new chair seats right in place! Now I just need to make the vignette a little cuter!
Shopping Links
If you don’t have access to a restaurant supply store, there are a several options available on Amazon. I added a couple of links for reference. I only needed to fix 2 chairs but if I needed to fix 4, I would have possibly purchased something like the 4 pack of replacement seats and then added decorative chair pads.
