Hippity Hoppity…. Down The Bunny Trail!

March 6, 2026 by Kimberly Snyder 11 Comments

Spread the love

Hop down the bunny trail with five playful Easter vignettes filled with bunnies, spring colors, and cheerful early‑season decor ideas for your home.

Every year around this time, the bunnies start multiplying in my house. I don’t have that many… at least I don’t think I do. But somehow, when March rolls in, little rabbits start popping up on shelves, peeking around corners, and hopping into vignettes like they own the place.

Maybe it’s the soft Florida light this time of year, or maybe it’s just spring doing what spring does — sneaking in quietly and then suddenly being everywhere at once. Either way, the bunnies have arrived, and they’ve brought a little early‑season magic with them.

So come hop down the bunny trail with me. Let’s see where these mischievous little guys have decided to hide this year.

A Whimsical Easter Home Tour in Five Bunny‑Filled Vignettes

The Entryway Bunnies Who Got Here First

This little group looks like they showed up early and claimed the front of the line. They’re standing tall, posing like they’re ready for their official spring portrait. If any bunnies were going to greet guests at the door, it would be these three — confident, charming, and clearly in charge.

The Bunny Who Thinks He’s Invisible

I even found a bunny in one of my dough bowls!  How did he get in there?  Looks like this guy hopped straight into the bowl and tried to blend in with the eggs… as if we wouldn’t notice a full‑sized bunny sitting right in the middle. He’s giving “nothing to see here” energy, but those ears give him away every time. Bless him — he’s trying so hard.

The Bunny Who Claimed the Flowers

This bunny didn’t just join the vignette — he moved in. He’s tucked deep into the greenery like he’s the guardian of spring itself. If he starts whispering encouragement to the flowers, I won’t be surprised. He looks very committed to his role

The Bunny Who Found the Cozy Spot

Down on the shelf, this sweet little guy has settled into the coziest perch in the house. Soft colors, a gentle message — he’s clearly the introvert of the group. Happy to be part of the fun, but from a peaceful, quiet corner.

The Bunny Who Started the Egg Party

This bunny is absolutely the ringleader. Surrounded by eggs, sweets, and spring color, he looks entirely too pleased with himself. If any of them are responsible for the multiplying problem, it’s him. I’m keeping an eye on this one.

There is Even One Outside!

I may have mentioned that I love cool rusty things!  This rustic wire bunny topiary form is one of my favorites!

By the time Easter arrives, I’m sure a few more bunnies will sneak in when I’m not looking. They always do. But that’s part of the fun — spring has a way of surprising us, one little hop at a time.  I hope you enjoyed this Easter Bunny Round up!

You have a fun assortment of bunnies. I like the one in the box and that’s surrounded by jellybeans.
