This sweet little lamb once held a tiny plant and now is part of a Spring display! Isn’t this arrangement just precious? The baby lamb is a vintage planter my Mom received when I was born. Let me show you how I used it to create this quick & easy display!
How to Use Vintage Pottery in a Display
Let’s Get Started!
To make the display, you will need something to use as the base of the centerpiece.
Can you guess what the wire form that I repurposed into a basket used to be?
If you guessed that it was the front of an old fan, you are correct! I just love old rusty wire objects!
I also added a wooden bowl to the inside of the fan cover so that the elements didn’t fall thru.
To make the centerpiece, I used two wreaths that I already had on hand.
I used needle nose pliers to cut them apart and then I laid them around the perimeter of the wooden bowl.
The next step was to add two small greenery picks with white berries.
After the greenery was in place, I added the sheep and the lamb planter. I feathered in the little spindles and accented the display with a shell encrusted round ornament.
