Do you have a spot in your home that just needs a little extra something? This easy garland may be just the answer!
All you need are some faux mini pumpkins and some twine! This would be a great craft to make with your kids or your grandchildren!
I love the texture of these fabric cream colored pumpkins. You can use any type of faux pumpkin as long as it has a stem so that you have something to tie the twine to. This garland was made out of cream colored pumpkins but I think I might make one out of the velvet pumpkins pictured below. The mixture of colors would be so pretty! I also included a buffalo plaid option that would work as well!
You will also need something to tie the pumpkins to. The garland pictured above is made using twine. You could also use ribbon or wire. It might be fun to make one using the rustic coated wire, like I used on the Thankful sign below. This type of wire would add even more texture and interest to the finished garland.
The garland was made using twine similar to the one pictured below.
Tie the twine around the stems of the mini pumpkins. Leave enough twine at the beginning and the end of the garland so that you can either tie the garland to the display piece or make a bow and hook it onto a nail.
