Hippity Hoppity…. Down The Bunny Trail!

April 16, 2025 by Kimberly Snyder 11 Comments

Spread the love

It is almost Easter Thyme! Let’s hop around the house and see how many bunnies we can find! Follow me on the Bunny Trail!

With Easter only a few days away, the bunnies have been multiplying at my house!  I think there might still be a few more that haven’t come out of their hiding spots yet! Won’t you join me for an Easter Bunny Round Up?

One of my favorite things is old wooden boxes.  This dovetail square box made a great nest for this glittery bunny! More about my love of wooden boxes and where it might have come from, can be found here: Worn Wooden Boxes and Cool Rusty Things

The dovetail box is placed in front of this piece of architectural salvage.  This is part of one of the pieces that I found in the barn when I was cleaning out the family homestead as part of the downsizing process. This piece reminds me of angel wings!  See what else I found in the barn here: Look What We Found In the Barn

Here is a close up of the bunny.  He just fits perfectly in this box!

The bunny was feeling a bit lonely so he invited a few of his friends over to play!  He hopped over and met them in front of an old cabinet door! Love the pink color of the door, it is perfect for Spring!

The gardening bunny on the left just can’t stay still.  He keeps hopping all over the house!

I even found him in one of my dough bowls!  How did he get in there?

He must have found this round dough bowl and carried it over to a new spot.

He saw some extra eggs laying around so he grabbed those up, too!  I think he knocked that chalk bunny right off that old light fixture so he could use it!

He did say that I could borrow his yellowware baskets for an Easter brunch place setting!

I may have mentioned that I love cool rusty things!  This rustic wire bunny topiary form is one of my favorites!

I hope you enjoyed this Easter Bunny Round up!  Hop on back soon to see if I found anymore bunnies!

You have a fun assortment of bunnies. I like the one in the box and that’s surrounded by jellybeans.
