Thinking about refreshing your galley style kitchen? New stainless steel appliances were key to giving my small kitchen a new look!

The kitchen in the Florida house is a galley style kitchen. We don’t have a lot of counter space or storage space. This lack of space is one reason why I was so excited to add the expanded lanai/outdoor kitchen area to the house.
Now that the outdoor addition project is almost done, I decided that I really needed to do something to the kitchen. You know how it is…. once you update one area , another area starts to look a little dated or blah or just not right.
While there really isn’t anything wrong with our existing appliances, I really wanted a microwave that was installed over the range. Our current microwave is an older model that sits on the counter. It takes up a lot of much needed counter real estate.
Earlier this month, we went to the appliance store to look at over the range microwaves. One thing lead to another and I ended up ordering all new stainless steel appliances! Because of the delays in shipping, it will take several months before everything is here!
I don’t think I have ever had all new appliances. I can’t wait until they all arrive!
