You'll need flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda & salt as well as vanilla extract, vegetable oil and vinegar.
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9 inch round baking pan with parchment paper
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well.
Next make three wells or indentations in the dry ingredients. In one well, add 1 teaspoons of vanilla extract, in another well add 1 tablespoon of herbal vinegar, and in the final well add 1/3 cup of vegetable oil. Pour 1 cup of water over the entire mixture and stir until well combined
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before serving!
