Holiday Home Tour 2020

December 27, 2020 by Kimberly Snyder 3 Comments

Spread the love

One benefit from spending so much time at home due to the pandemic is that I was able to decorate my home for the Holidays!

Welcome to our Florida Home decorated for the Holidays!

I have decorated my own home more this year than I have in many years. My house was always last when I had the flower shop.  There were several years when I was either still decorating or just getting started decorating on Christmas morning!

Earlier this fall, Dave challenged me to go thru all the Christmas totes before Thanksgiving!  I didn’t quite meet that goal!  While going thru the totes, I did discover some things I hadn’t used in years and I also discovered that some things must still be in Illinois!  At least, I hope they are still there  in one of the remaining boxes waiting to make the journey to Florida!

Grab a cup of Hot Chocolate made from this recipe and enjoy the pictorial walk thru our Christmas home!

This season of the journey has been quieter - steady scans, nearing the end of treatment, a trip or two to see old friends. a blessing in its own way. I did end up needed fluids again ( dehydration sneaks up faster than you think) but I am holding steady and grateful for the softer days.
